ICARD要件の変更とE-SSP実施についてのお知らせ
Hello,
This is from WALES Academy in Baguio.
We would like to inform you about important updates received from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration regarding the implementation of the E-CARD in Cebu and Manila.
We have been contacted by the immigration officer in charge, informing us that students will receive an ICARD upon application for SSP, and those staying for more than 59 days will be required to obtain an additional ICARD. This is expected to align with the implementation of the E-SSP starting July 1. However, as no specific guidelines have been finalized yet, the immigration office in Baguio will continue with the current procedures. A meeting is scheduled for June 28th, after which we expect to receive detailed guidelines.
Since it has been decided that an additional ICARD will be necessary, we advise students preparing for departure to be informed in advance to ensure they are fully prepared.
We will provide further updates as soon as new information becomes available.

移民局担当官から連絡があり、学生はSSP申請時にICARDを受け取り、59日以上滞在する場合は追加のICARDを取得する必要があります。これは7月1日から実施されるE-SSPに合わせて行われる予定です。しかし、まだ具体的なガイドラインが確定していないため、バギオの移民局は現行の手続きを継続する予定です。6月28日に移民局の会議が予定されており、その後、詳細なガイドラインが提供されることを期待しています。
追加のICARDが必要と決定されているため、出国を準備している学生には事前に通知して、完全に準備ができるように支援をお願いします。
